As you can probably tell by the number of pictures on this page, the region around Akureyri and Eyjafjörður is the part of Iceland in which I have spent the most time -- and the most film! I first went there in 1965, as part of a geography field trip from the University of London, and have visited several times since, both in summer and winter.
